Dear Future Auctioneer:
I am extremely pleased that I had the fortune to choose the Canadian Auction College to commence my career as an auctioneer. I chose this program because it was headed by Barb Richards and Frank Stapleton, and very intensive and thorough curriculum and was reasonably priced.
Barb Richards and Frank Stapleton have decades of experience as auctioneers and are leaders in the profession. Both emphasized and illustrated ethical practices and professionalism in auctioneering. Both were very supportive, caring and personal to all of us. They were flexible, making adjustments for the strengths and weaknesses of the class I attended as well as for each individual. Barb and Frank worked us hard, building our confidence, and built on each students strengths.
The class was provided with a wealth of practical information both verbally and in handouts. The instructors shared generously their own experiences, mistakes, professional practices and their experience with "what works". We were encouraged to become active members of relevant professional and business associations and to become actively involved in our respective communities, including volunteer work.
I am amazed at how much they were able to pack into a single week of classes. I truly feel I now have the basics and the foundation to go out and become a respected and successful auctioneer.
My sincere thanks to both Barb and Frank and to Canadian Auction College for offering this excellent program.
Sincerely,

Dear Prospective Student,
The ethical values presented in this course speak to honesty and integrity, key ingredients to any successful endeavor. The standards put forth in this course by each of the auctioneer facilitators demanded that we strive for a higher level presentation and service to our future clients.
The training component exceeded my expectations, all were well presented but it was the interaction with the students that opened up the doors to learning; each instructor with great patience answered each question or clarified a point. Team building was stressed through class discussion and exercises, and through this our confidence and knowledge grew in leaps and bounds.
I have always understood the importance of practice, however thanks to our facilitators I have a much greater appreciation of the term PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE! One can never have too much.
The course content was intense but necessary, a lot to ingest but oh so helpful! Our field trips provided a fun learning experience. As much as the theory and practical were demanding; this was a fun and enjoyable course. I wish I had more time with my peers (new friends) and the instructional staff.
I would be remiss if I did not extend a personal thank you to first, the instructional staff, they lived up to their World Champion status and my peers, they were also World Class as well.
Remember, PRACTICE, PRACTICE AND PRACTICE SOME MORE!

Dear Future Student:
This course is a 10 out of 10! The instructors (Barb, Krista, Frank, Pat and Vernon) have a wealth of knowledge and share it with you in a fun and action filled environment. They make you feel comfortable at all times, and practice what they preach about professionalism, ethics, honesty, and caring. Their enthusiasm is infectious and it shows in the enthusiasm of my fellow classmates. The knowledge you acquire over the course prepares you to go out immediately and be a successful auctioneer, if you follow their principles and goals at all times. The handbook is an invaluable tool. Do it now if you have been sitting on the sidelines. This school is the best and only 100% is good enough for them!

PS - For those of you that may be a bit skeptical of my rave review - Yes, we are charging our regular rates for promoting this event, but I assure you that I offer this support from my heart because I know the value it has provided me and the integrity of the principals - and I am not, nor have I ever been a practicing auctioneer. It simply offers a "one of a kind" growth experience! Oh... and did I mention that it was really really fun?
